		<description>You are absolutely right it is vital to listen to your body. The reason people overeat in the first place is because they are not really listening to their body or their feelings.  Food can be a great way to &#039;anesthetize&#039; ourselves from &#039;uncomfortable feelings&#039;.  Our feelings are trying to tell us something and no amount of food will satisfy us if we are not getting our needs met, physically or emotionally.  People don&#039;t have a &#039;weight&#039; problem but a &#039;self-care issue&#039;.  Start getting what you need and focusing on the stuff you want, instead of the stuff you don&#039;t want!
